Where the pale mountains soar – Olang, the family village

Here, where the Dolomites – the “pale mountains” – soar skywards, nature is just waiting to be discovered and the WiWi-Land playground offers a wonderful environment for children. But the holiday village of Olang can offer more – the Olang Children’s World! Plus plenty of winter sports action, with a magic carpet for the little ones, a children’s ski school and ski kindergarten, and loving care on the Kronplatz – for kids of all ages.

Your world of adventure

There are the Dolomites as a backdrop, the lift systems on your doorstep and the Pustertal Valley cycle way just around the corner. There are two wonderful nature parks, containing meadows, forests, waterfalls and lakes – an adventure playground in the truest sense of the word. But there are also plenty of other play and adventure areas – both creative and unusual – in and around the village!

Your world for children

The Olang Children’s World in Oberolang is where children’s laughter sounds louder than the birdsong: it is a forest playground, a water world, and a climbing centre offering all sorts of adventures, for playing, frolicking, scrambling, splashing about or simply discovering the forest – and the world. Special features include the giant slide (dwarfs also welcome) and the tree houses!

Your course for heroes

Pull the string tight, hold your breath, calm your nerves – then let go. Yesss! There’s something fairytale-like about roaming through the woods with a bow and arrow and – suddenly – the forest is teeming with little heroes. South Tyrol’s 3D bow course starts at the Kids Area Panorama in Oberolang. It features twenty-eight 3D plastic animals that look fascinatingly real. So off we go hunting!

Your winter world on the Kronplatz

From the valley station in Olang – a ten-minute ride on the ski bus – the gondola lift takes you up to the Kronplatz, the very summit of skiing fun! From here you can see far across the wintry mountain landscape. And, with 119 kilometres of pistes, a 7-km toboggan run and the family-friendly Kids Area Panorama (suitable for even the smallest children!), there’s lots of fun to be had in the fresh winter air.
